    BTS Skytrain: cheap transpo
  • Tip Rating: [Not enough ratings yet]
  • Like singapore, Manila and other cities, Bangkok has at metro rail train they commonly call the BTS. The Train is so far the best and quickest way to get to a lot of places in Bangkok.

Chao Phraya River: Dinner along the Chao Praya River
  • Tip Rating: [Not enough ratings yet]
  • We went to the Chao Praya River with some of my husband's friends to dine out. At first I thought it was the ordinary dinner that we had in some restaurant. It turned out that we were going to take a cruise along the River. It was a nice experience having seen the hotel (Marriott, Mandarin and others) at night time.

    National Museum: National Museum
  • Tip Rating: [Not enough ratings yet]
  • If you're going to the Grand Palace, you might just as well stop by the National Museum which is just a few hundred meters away. One that struck me are the things about the king and Mrs. Anna (of the King and I). Of course, if you had watched the film (I have all three versions of it) you'd be able to relate to it. another thing that I liked is seeing how they do their funeral pyre for their royalty.
