1st time to Whistler The drive from Vancouver to Whistler is so scenic. It truly is Beautiful British Columbia.
Once there we spent the weekend exploring everything that the village had to offer.
First walking about in the quaint Whistler Village. A stop in the English boutique "Lush" for natural soaps is a must for all women.
Be sure to take the gondola to the top of Whistler Mountain even if you don't ski.
At night, take the Sleighride/Fondue dinner tour. It is a wonderfully romantic way to see the lights of Whistler at night.
On your way back to Vancouver, stop at Squamish. This is one of the few places in North America to see Bald Eagles in their own habitat. An awesome sight having never seen one in person. |
