At first sight, the Eiffel Tower is everything that you imagine. If you did not feel that you were in France beforing seeing it, you certainly do now. Be sure to get there early to avoid the long lines. Once you are there, be sure to mail yourself a postcard home from the Post Office in the tower itself. There is no better cost effective souvenir of your time in the Eiffel Tower.

Take a stroll down the most famous street in Paris and maybe the world. This road marks the end of the annual Tour de France cycling race. If you cannot afford anything in one of the many high end shops here, just enjoy the walk on the beautifully tree lined boulevard. Be sure to duck into McDonalds for the Royale with Cheese.. ha ha
