Trip to North Iceland Hired a 4x4 (Kia Sorento) from Budget. Drove around the ringroad to Akureyri and then Husavik. Left Saturday morning, back Sunday evening. It was quite snowy on the Saturday but had cleared up by Sunday. Main things to take photos of are sky, horses, sheep. |
Husavik Close to the Arctic Circle. Whalewatching centre of Iceland, but completely dead in November. |
Godafoss One of the famous waterfalls, but there was too much snow to get close to it. Probably better to go in Summer. |
