Kowloon Travel Guide: 298 reviews and 842 photos
Kowloon is the busy mainland peninsula of Hong Kong. It is remarkably flat and level compared to the mountainous areas of Central and Lantau Islands, etc.
It is a bustling center of night markets, businesses, tourist Meccas and busy streets. The area of Mong Kok is famous for its neon signs and busy pedestrian byways.
The Clock Tower and near by "Avenue of Stars" is a good place to watch the nightly 8pm light show of the Central Island's skyline.

- Pros:One of the best areas for street foods.
- Cons:Lots of novelty stores and low quality knock-offs.
- In a nutshell:Imagine that, its like being in an overgrown, neon lit China town.

HK hotels can be fully booked. And generally expensive and room size small. Your KODAK Gallery photos of Hong Kong is truly outstanding. Next time, I visit HK, I know how to take better pictures :) SL
