Changwon, unlike most cities in S Korea, was actually a planned community. This means that generally speaking, the roads are wider, straighter and easier to navigate. The shopping districts, public transportation and center areas are easier to access too.
I've been to Changwon a few times, but never more than a few days at a time.
It is only about 35 minutes from
Busan. Changwon is also only about 15 minutes (traffic depending) from the Cherry Blossom capital of Korea,
Jinhae.
