and you can see on the map that syria has a desire to take lebanon on its knees to give a kiss

Syria has a bad reputation because of its political regime ; still , Syria is an extremely beautiful country , and its population is very kind and will welcome you ; besides, you will not be harassed like in touristic countries ; nobody will hassle you in the toilets to sell you postcards.

Syria is one of the last , maybe the last arabic country , where christianity is still alive , churches are often full with young people

Never never say a word about israel , never mention that you will travel or have been to israel ; many tourists are refused to enter syria at the border , just because they say they will cross syria to jordan then to israel
