The first time I seen Palermo I was fascinated immediately. Palermo is an urban paradox. It is a case of jewels, Roman, Norman, Moorish, Gothic, and Baroque art well present here. But it is a casket encrosted by the signs of time and degradation. |
Crowded, noble, hot, luxurious, dirty, ... it is impossible to describe Palermo in few words.
You have to live it. And you love it or hate it.
