I'm a 24 year old Media Analyst from Kent and love anything and everything about Italy.

I'm now stuggling to pay off my debts from Uni, but that won't stop me from having a holiday!

Aside from work I do enjoy cycling, football, cinema and catching up with friends really. I love having the chance to explore new places, culture and people and enjoy the actual aspect of travel, even if it can be tiring and testing at times!

I studied Film and Italian Studies at University and was gutted that due to my course structure I could not attend a semester in Italy. I love Italian football (Torino fan), Umbria and Tuscany, Emilio Romagna cuisine, Baccio ice cream,Monica Bellucci, Christian Vieri, Respiro, Italian way of life and just about anything connected to the country.

I'm honest and speak my mind and try to do the same when summing up the places I've been to and the things I've done. I always like to consider that opinions are just that and not always concerete fact and would like others to take that into consideration when reading my pages.

I have a great desire to go Italy as much as possible and attempt to go to places which are a bit more off the beaten track than the major cities would love to go to Lecce, Palermo, Pantelleria and Bergamo and just experience different regions of the country.

I love to explore places that are kinda obscure but yet have some charm or mystery to them and I firmly beleive Corsica is one of the best destination in the world for beauty, culture and history.

Personally my favourite places I've been to so far are Italy (Naples, Cattolica, Firenze, Venezia and Ronta),Paris and Corsica.

I firmly believe that in some shape or form when people go on holiday their personality changes in some way be it for the better or worse.

Personally I relax so much more and am care-free and easy going on holiday. If I get lost it's part of the experience as far as I'm concerned. I like to experience other countries cultures and make an effort when needed with language differences. My Italian is not great but I always make a point of using the language first and foremost as a way of respect and the fact that I want to improve my skills and enjoy speaking the language.

I try and distance myself from the fact that I'm English mainly because you see different stereotype's on holiday and all they do is moan and complain that it's not like back home. That's precisely the point, thats why I go to the places I do, to experience something else and not a replica of England!

I firmly believe that travel broadens the mind and I think it does it in every sense and acts as a wake up call to a different way of life and values.
