What to do in Provence ? Visit Avignon, la cite des Papes. In Middle Age, Kings of France used to choose the Pope, who rules Christianity. But popes live in Roma. So in the XIVth century, they moved from Italy to France. But not Paris, just South-East France, in Meditarranean area, in Avignon. They built a somptuous palace.
You can wandering in the old city, beneath the hard sun of summer. Maybe eat some cool ice-cream. But you can also have a very good time, with someone you love, under the fresher atmosphere of the garden, behind the castle. A vous de voir ! Mais que de bons souvenirs ? ramener !
