We stayed here for 3 nights, in a very central location - and were not bothered by noise at all. The hotel itself was charming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and all of the amenities in the room were in good condition. The breakfasts were excellent, and had the largest range I have seen. We were visiting as a family, and had 2 comfortable rooms. There were many restaurants nearby, and shopping easily accessed if required. We were close to the river, and travel booking shops, easily able to walk to most of the central city sights.
