Estado de Puebla Travel Guide: 139 reviews and 503 photos
Estado Libre y Soberano de Puebla (English: Free and Sovereign State of Puebla) is one of the 31 states which, with the Federal District, comprise the 32 Federal Entities of Mexico.
It is located in East-Central Mexico. It is bordered by the states of Veracruz to the north and east, Hidalgo, México, Tlaxcala and Morelos to the west, Guerrero and Oaxaca to the south.
I crossed this state on the way from Mexico City to Oaxaca and visited Puebla de Zaragosa, Cholula and Tehuacán-Cuicatlán Biospheric Reserve.
You can watch my 5 min 35 sec Video Puebla-Oaxaca and 1 min 16 sec Video Mexico Cactuses out of my Youtube channel.
Mexican states I've visited in the trip:
1) Distrito Federal
2) Estado de México
3) Estado de Puebla
4) Estado de Oaxaca
5) Estado de Chiapas
6) Tabasco
7) Estado de Campeche
8) Estado de Yucatán
9) Estado de Quintana Roo

The Cathedral is magnificent. I had to chuckle when you said you talked to the dogs in dog language as you didn't know Spanish.
What a great cactus there is in the Tehuacan - Cuicatlan Biosperic Reserve.
Good overview of this Mexican state :-) Haha, I laughed when I heard High Chapparal music :-) And I always smile when I see your zebra bus, so easy to find and recognise :-) Cute dogs!!
Another gorgeous page about your adventures in Mexico. Good to see that you met some local dogs with whom you could communicate in dog's language. *winkygrin*
nice views of valley with volcanos. Very impressive interior of the cathedral as well as the altar of StDomingo (in travelogues)
