|  | Up the Main valley is a small town Dettelbach. It can also be reached direct from Würzburg. The old-world little town is still surrounded by its XVth century walls, with 36 towers and two gates. There is the Handsome Late Gothic Town Hall (1492-1512) and beautiful Franciscaner Chirch. Franziscaner Church is near Franziscaner Hotel where we stayed.
We stayed there a day and a night on our way to Wurzburg. We enjoyed our staying and advise this Franconian town as a good sightseeing near Wurzburg. |
