Didnt spend too much time in Munich. Was there as it was along the way when i travelled round Germany....
Wat to recommand?? I cannot recall many within the main city, but do try visit Nymphenburg Palace or Dachau Concentraion Camp.
And do drink beer here. I do seem to find beer more easily in Munich than the other German cities. I visited the Hofbrauhaus for beer and dinner, and I do say that the atmosphere is great. Live band and great crowds are a draw for visitors.

Do come here for great beer and food. And the noisy crowd here is wonderful. Beer. And order some local pork knuckle.... more travel advice
