Luggage and bags: Remember your weight limits on bagage - 50 pounds Domestic and 70 pounds International. Although I hear tell some of the Airlines are dropping the weight acceptable on International Flights to 50 pounds.

Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: 3 Pairs of shorts, 4 T-shirts, Sandals, and most importantly a couple of dress shirts to go with your dress shorts or for women a couple of sundresses. Resturants expect you to be dressed smart/casual. Sandals are acceptable as well as shorts, but please no T-shirts.

Toiletries and Medical Supplies: Only what you feel you must have. You can pick up almost anything here in the Cayman's, with the exception of your prescription medicine, so don't forget that.

Photo Equipment: Bring your digital or 35 mm for topside photo's and your underwater camera for diving or snorkling. Make sure you bring extra batteries for both unless you feel confident that your batteries are extremely common. Don't forget the battery charger!

Camping/Beach/Outdoor Gear: Swimsuits!!! For you divers - bring all your gear, including your flashlight for night dives and most importantly bring your dive computer. Most dive shops allow you to dive your own profile with a pdc. For the snorkelers - fins, mask and snorkel should be your key, although you may want to obtain an underwater flashlight if you choose to do any night snorkeling.

Miscellaneous: A light jacket for the evenings during winter is also helpful. I'm glad I had mine after the sun went down.
