Vietnam,Should have returned sooner Having spent a year in Vietnam, (1969) courtesy of my Uncle Sam, I didn't get to see this beautiful country under my terms. I don't think a week had ever passed that I didn't think of returning. Of course we get tied up in other things (family, career etc) Well,35 years have passed and I didn't know what to expect, but I knew it was the right time. Only spent 10 days this time, but already planning on returning with my wife and sons next year. Although much has changed in Vietnam, it is still as green as I remember and the people are still as lovely ,warm and sincere as they were. I know that I made the right decision to return. |
A Thank You to VTer's I will try to build these pages as quickly as possible as a thank you for all the helpfull tips I recieved from the members here. They certainly made my return much more enjoyable. |

I think it`s something good about VT that it can help people to get together in peace.
