elhombre30 you're right I visited Balicasag in 2007. What do you mean by somehow developed? What new stuffs have you seen? That's kinda sad. I love the island to stay as laidback as it was when I was there 4 years ago.
When did you visit Balicasag Island? Was is 2007? I just went there last March 2011 and I think looking at your photos, the island is now very different. Today, Its somehow developed.
