In spite of the economic gains consistently being reported by the government in the past months, residents can't seem to benefit from it. Including the dogs. Wait a minute... WHO LET THE DOGS OUT??.. (WHO? WHO? WHO?..)
- Pros:historical city, exciting nightlife, shopping paradise
- Cons:very crowded, most streets are dirty, air pollution
- In a nutshell:In spite of her flaws, Manila is a loveable city.

Nice page on Manilla! I'll have to try hopia sometime.
I'm craving for Eng Bee Tin's ube hopia! Your pictures of churches are awesome.
sould go to my room now to try these hopias since I do not even know yet what Hopias are! When walking around Binondo today I noticed this little shop because people lining up and filling their baskets with them, so gave it a try and bought some.
