Located past 3 kms over the town center, Olango Beach is just one of the white sand beach coves of Sta. Magdalena. The shallow waters and reefs farther into the sea extending a hundred meters away is excellent for snorkeling. The tranquility of the place is very relaxing. Being located away from the cluster of village houses, the only sound you hear is the sea breeze blowing and the breaking waves. A complete detachment from the humdrum of city life. Great escape!!!!

|  | Our Private Resort for a Day We stayed at the private resort of our VT friend from this place, Arnie. Strictly by apppointment. My kids loved playing with the fine white sand and the water. We wish we could have stayed longer.
But for me, the food did it. Exotic are the curacha and the "ginataang kadudududo w/ pako". Yes, my family feasted on the seafood servings of our very hospitable hosts - Papa Amir and Mama Emma. |
