In October 2005 I headed off to Budapest for a few days with friends, Keith, David and James. Two Kiwi friends, Michael and Tony, also joined us for part of the trip. Some of us had visited Prague in 2004 and we were amazed how alike the two cities are in both architecture and geography.
We stayed at the Domina Fiesta Hotel on Kiraly Utca, which was convenient for visiting the tourist sites and also close to some fine bars and restaurants. |
