The Vale of Neath

Neath is a world apart from the Towns of Swansea and Cardiff and Neath has many old ruins from the Roman, Norman and Medieval times. The ruins of one old Castle still sitting sadly in Morrisons supermarket car park all sad and derlict, yet the scenery around this valley is lovely.
The Neath Valley is has easy accsess to the famous Dan-yr-Ogof caves with limestone evident everywhere and these caves are worth a visit.
