Dear Ellie-May.

Today on the Friday 16th May 2008 at 4-42am you came into our lives and I want to tell you that I love you with all my heart even from this very early stage of your life.

I want you to know that I will always be here to protect you, look after you, and most of all love you with all my being,

I will not shower you with gifts darling, but I will save a few pennies every week for you until you are grown up and do well at school.

I will entrust this to your Auntie Melanie because I don’t think I will be here when you are grown up and have become a lady. Unfortunately I am quite old now.

You have a wonderful Mummy and Daddy who God has entrusted with your care, You see Ellie-May I believe a baby is a gift from God.

I will pray everyday that both Mummy and Daddy will do what is good and right for you, and that with Gods guidance they will lead you by example.

I ask that you may know God Ellie-May and he will walk with you always. He only asks us to believe in him and do what is good and right.

May God Bless you, and keep you safe always, my darling Ellie-May.

I couldn't stop laughing when I saw this picture of me and my grandaughter. Do you think Ellie-May looks like me her Nanny?.
