We picked the The Ibis Barcelona Meridiana hotel which is 10 min by metro from the centre of Barcelona, 6 km from the beach. Its bar serves snacks 24/24. and the hotel has 143 air-conditioned rooms and Wifi Internet access for guests on a business trip. Excellent day out, booked with the BCN and enjoyed a visit to 2 wineries, one Jean Leon, small but interesting and good tasters and then off to Torres not a winery more of a large factory churning out wine , but still interesting to see the two,
