Sausalito

Sausalito

SanFranciscoTours.us offers a variety of tours and activities in and around the San Francisco Bay Area.

We also feature tickets and tours to Alcatraz. We provide package tours of the Alcatraz Tour with our San Francisco City Tour or Muir Woods and Sausalito Tour with the Alcatraz Island Tour. The tour of Alcatraz departs daily from Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco. Alcatraz was used as a federal maximum security prison from 1934 until 1963, when it was closed due to high costs and security issues. Allowing tourists to visit Alcatraz has proven far more popular and much more profitable.

Please Note: Alcatraz tickets routinely sell out as much as two weeks in advance, so reserve now!

Other popular tours include the San Francisco City Tour with a Bay Cruise, tours to the California Wine Country, Monterey and Carmel Tour, and Yosemite tours.

We offer tours by bus, van, Jeep, limo, trolley, cable car, fire engine, train, helicopter, seaplane, biplane, hot air balloon, ferry boat, cruise ship, sailboat, horseback, kayak, electric car, and on foot.

How to Find the Tours and Activities that Interest You
The SanFranciscoTours.us web site offers many tours. To find the tours that are of the most interest to you, there are three ways to look. On the left side of every page, our "Most Popular Tours" are displayed. These are the tours that generate the highest sales for us, so we know they are the most popular with visitors.

On the right side of every page, the Tour & Activity Types" are displayed. We categorize each tour and activity to make it easy for you to find the options for a specific type of tour or activity. So, for example, if you know you want to see Alcatraz, by clicking on "Alcatraz" under the Tour & Activity Types, you will then see a brief summary of each tour that goes to Alcatraz. Click on the summaries that sound interesting, and you can read the full description for the tour.

The last way to look is by clicking on the "Tours & Activities" link underneath our logo at the top of each page. This will give you a complete list of every tour and activity that we offer. You may then scan the summaries of each tour and activity and click on those of interest to read the full description and access the ordering information
