    • One day we went snorkeling. Did you know that moose can swim? Well, we can, and snorkeling was great fun! We saw many beautiful fishes and an old boat that had sunken in the war, or something.

    • Definitely not a thing to do for a moose from the big forests. 3 1/2 hours on this boat, and the waves were HUGE. My brother and I got SOOO seasick :-( But the dolphins who played around the boat were cute.

    (Yes, I know my mother has used this picture, too, but I just had to warn you!)

    Directions: We took this boat from Betio on Tarawa to Abaiang. On the way back we took the plane!

    • It is great fun to walk on the beach and find things! My brother and I found this scull, and I put it on my head to scare Mom afterwards. I am sure it used to belong to a BIG and sceary animal. But Mom says the biggest animals in Kiribati are dogs and pigs, and that they were imported, whatever that means, by humans. Maybe this scull came from a country far away?
