CHAOTIC BANGKOK: WHAT A FUN!

by hojasdehierba - last update: Nov 13, 2006

Chao Phraya: Bangkok heart

Chao Phraya
Bangkok is somehow a water-city: taxis, tuc-tucs and even motorbikes seem to have difficulties to circulate easily... river transport and khlongs transport are, however, fast and efficient. Staying by the river has a kind of relaxing quality, although there are another areas which may be also interesting.
Near the madding crowd

Anything you feel like

Arriving in Bangkok for your first time is an intense experience. If you come from a small town, like me, your eyes will remain wide open for a long time. Non-stoping activity, traffic jams, crowded malls, market stalls at every corner, food stalls at street, fast food chains, nice restaurants... Perhaps the worst of it is that all this ingredients make that move around in Bangkok was slower that we have expected.
