The ritzy island of Capri sits in the Gulf of Naples off the west coast of Italy. It's been the destination of jetsetters and home of the affluent for hundreds of years. In fact, the Emperor Tiberius installed himself here.
To me, its a place that I've been wanting to revisit for years and this time my husband accompanied me. Although I didn't travel to the Blue Grotto for a second view, we did walk the familiar paths and revel in the stunning panorama of cliffside dwellings and the blue-green hues of the sea.
Bring your sunglasses, sunblock and lots of money. Take a moment to enjoy one of the cafes, stroll through Augusta Gardens or shop for a high quality souvenir to take back home. You'll love Capri!

Nice tips from your re-visit to Capri. I always enjoy riding on funiculars, especially when there is such a great view from the top.
Ah, I also was swimming in the grotto as a kid, but I think it is no longer allowed. Oh my, Limoncello, thanks for giving me a reason to have one right now :-)
