Daylesford - History combined with modern

Come on down to Daylesford.

Put your feet up or take a seat.

Soak in the ambience (I love that word) of the olden style buildings, relaxed atmosphere and casual mood of shoppers and shopkeepers alike.

Daylesford - home of spas and springs, spring water, massages, relaxation weekends, or just plain relaxing.

This seat can be found at the Convent Gallery, Wombat Hill, Daylesford.

Visit the main street or soak up some history

While I was in Daylesford I had my VT eyes on so I mostly took lots of photos.

I visited the Convent Gallery, Wombat Hill, Daylesford.

I photographed lots of photos of the older churches in Daylesford - mostly found off the main street. Did I mention that I love older style architecture and churches?

You will find some more photos of churches in my tips or my travelogues.

Spires, towers, old buildings

I enjoy history and love the style of the older buildings.

Even the primary school in the main street shows off its spire. The architecture is brilliant.

More photos in my travelogues.
