The town of Mazar is not to far from Kerak's center. Though it isn't a tourist town, it showcases a beautiful University of which there is a huge mosque.

This was on the way from Kerak. My driver had to stop and rest the car whilst he made a phone call. In back of me were a group of Bedouin herdsmen heading up the hill.
