I like to travel, but mainly do road trips in the U.S. I have driven I-80 from coast to coast, but not all at once. I used to live in Iowa, so drove to either coast on different trips.

Now that we live near San Francisco, most of our trips are regional. I go skiing at Lake Tahoe on the weekends a few times a winter. When the weather is nice (about 80% of the year) we look for places to go day hiking along the coast.

Since we live near the Santa Cruz mountains and there are a lot of hiking trail, we get out at least a couple of times a month. I take a lot of photos, which can be seen at http://www.care2.com/c2c/photos/view/90/214247973/
