So just a short visit ...

... and it was just a cruise off the southern coast of Cuba and a few days at the US Naval base there. But those were much less controversial times before it was a sad symbol of notoriety related to the US prison there. This was even before anyone in the States ever heard of Fidel. I was then a young university student on a Midshipman cruise.
