I went to Amman to attend a couple of meetings in December 2006. The landscape of Amman is quite unusual, ie it's very hilly and stretches over a quite big area.
The airport is quite far out of the city in the middle of the desert. But you find a lot of greenery in Amman as well. |
Second and third visit In February 2007 I went to Jordan twice to attend several meetings there. That gave me the opportunity to see different parts of the city from upscale Abdoun to the less attractive old town. |
