Fuxin is located in northeast China, up from Beijing 775km. On the land area of 10355km2 lives 1.93 million population and 780,000 of them are urban residence. Fuxin has distinct four seasons with temperature vary from -20 up to 30 degree celsius.
The area are historically influenced by Tibetan Buddhism. Mongolian dweller also contributed a strong flavor to the local culture.
Fuxin used to be proud of her industrial infrastructure. However, with the shrinking of natural resources, the unemployment rate is high and the city is earnestly seeking conversions of the livelihood of the city.
