"Beautiful Dalmatia" Gradac by MikiCRONV

Beach is the best part of Croatia. It offers great relaxing vacation, beautiful, blue sea and amazing beach coffee shops. There are ferries that take you to the islands in the morning and bring you back in the evening. This is a great treat as the islands are very beautiful and worth visiting. Each island has its own culture, dance and music. Seafood is delicious and, of course, always fresh.

I loved spending nights on the boat in the marina. It is interesting to hear and experience the life of the small village on the Adriatic coast. Young people stay in the port singing and playing guitar until early morning hours and by 5am, when they go home, the fishermen and villagers wake up and take off fishing so it can get quite loud. You can always catch up on sleep next day on the beach.

Dalmatian architercture is beautiful, many houses are built by white stone brought from Dalmatian islands, most famous is white stone from the island of Brac. Even the new homes resemble the old ones and look lovely decorated with green window shades and coulorful flowers.
