Surfers Spanish Paradise

This was my first visit to Tarifa and I was lucky that, being March, the sun was warm, the water was deep blue, the waves were impressive and the beaches were empty - just heavenly.

This is where the Atlantic and the Med sit side- by- side and the unspoilt, under-developed beaches stretch as far as the eye could see (I'm sure summer months look a little more crowded!)

About 10kms drive, a small town sits on the edge of the Atlantic, again with sands stretching into the distance.

Pros:views of Africa, under-developed beaches, laid-back, wind!
Cons:wind!
