Kansai international airport is an offshore island linked to Izumisano City. In Izumisano itself there are things to do. It quite a good area to do activities, considering that in the surrounding areas of airports of most countries are often very drab.

In a nutshell:
1) Visit Rinku premium outlets
2) Visit Seacle Amusement Mall
3) Visit Aeon shopping mall
4) View a panoramic view from ANA Gate tower hotel
5) Visit Rinku park/ pebble beach
