We stayed at this gem of a hotel for 4 nights only 2 minutes walk from the Colosseum in the end of February 2006. Our room was on the first floor & looked out to the back of the hotel.
The room was large & modern with all the usual stuff ie toiletries , Sat TV air con which would be nice in the hot summers. This is a 4 star city hotel with all mod cons but it feels like a boutique hotel with all the extra attention to detail. The hotel is in a Quiet street with no traffic noise which is a bonus. Breakfast is served on the top floor with nice views over the city
In the summer they serve breakfast on the roof terrace.
Unique Qualities: The staff in the Capa d africa were excellent especially Chiara & Katia at reception.
They directed us to the best pizza place in town only a short walk from the hotel.
All the staff have to be complimented on a well run friendly hotel that makes you want to return.
