    • The 3 Sisters is a must see when you visit the Blue Mountains. This is a very good place to take a picture. You can go and trek for a few minutes to get to the neck of the first rock. You might have to catch your breath on your return walk but it is worth it. If you love walking, you can take a leisurely walk from the 3 Sisters to the visitors' centre.

    From the Visitors' Centre try taking the vertical train to get to the lower part of the mountain. You have to pay a minimal fee for the vertical train and for the tram. The line sometimes might take a while specially during weekends specially if there is a tour group ahead of you.

    Directions: You can take a train from Sydney to Blue Mountains. The trip will take about 2.5-3 hrs. If you have plenty of time, try to have a stop over at Leura (town before Katoomba). Have your breakfast/afternoon tea here.
