Baguio City is located about 200 km from Manila. It will take you about 5 hours drive to get there. The North Luzon Expresspress way has improved tremendously as it just takes an hour to drive from end to end, toll fee is P203 (US$4). The Marcos Highway leading from Pangasinan to the city is also wider and safer.
Baguio might not be so spectacular for those who are well traveled but for Filipinos who grew up spending their vacation trips up north will surely not get enough of it.
