Once again I am surprised by the size of this city . There are 8 million people here and tons of modern skyscrapers. By Chinese standards this is a medium sized city but no matter how you dice it its still 8 million people!

Lots of smog laid heavy in the air

I really hope China gets control of their smog problems....the world needs their help!

Pros:Lots of gorgeous architecture and friendly faces
Cons:trerrible polution here too

Wuhan is a big city that you almost never hear about. The museum looks interesting. We loved the history museums in Xian and Shanghai.

Have not been to Wuhan. Was lucky to go to China starting in 1990 when everyone was bicycling, hardly any cars. Enjoyed reading about your trip there. Pollution ia heavy price to pay for rapid development. Hopefully it will get solved quick.
