With a yummy name like Cocoa Beach who wouldn't want to visit! Actually it was the hopes of seeing the Space launch that finally enticed me to go . As it turned out the launch was delayed and we didn't get to see it but Cocoa beach didn't disappoint.
People told me the sand on the beach is just like cocoa and that's why they call it Cocoa Beach. I think the sand is more like brown sugar. Either way its a wonderful vacation spot with crashing waves, miles of beach and lots of interesting shops and restaurants nearby. |

Very nice new Cocoa beach tips -- I was just near NASA in Houston this weekend...I wonder when they will have the next space shuttle eXpedition though? Economic times... |
