Vienna has got to be the most elegant city in Europe. It is visitor friendly and it doesn’t take too long to get to know it and get into its rhythm. The architecture is second to none. I wish we could have even a couple of these gorgeous ancient buildings in Halifax!!!
If the history, amazing buildings, sculptures and monuments aren’t impressive, there’s the music. I think it is after all the music that gives this city its romance. It is the birthplace of the man most famous for his waltzes, Johann Strauss.
We covered a lot of ground in just four nights here. We found it easy to get around . The underground is conveient and easy to understand. |
