Jaco and very touristy Town

This was our second visit to Jaco in the last three years and things are changing. We saw alot more big developments and and more chains are moving in .

We still enjoyed ourselves . The people are very friendly and the beach still as long and inviting . If you're looking for a place with lots of partying and restaurants , on a beach . Then this is it . If you want a more natural costa rican experience...move onward.
Jaco can be fun for a few days. There's always some music you can catch and they have some good restaurants and and bars...its an easy place to be.
The beach is still nice..good for an early morning run!

Cons:"too close to San Jose, lots of tourists and the beach has rough waves and dark sand"
In A Nutshell:"A town that is changing as the money people move in"

Beautiful early morning shots along that black volcanic sand beach! Great restaurant and hotel tips too. I loved your crocodile shots, we also stopped at Tarcoles bridge to have a look, in 2001
