I love Albuquerque. I lived there for 5 years and loved it. This town has great weather, beautiful high desert scenery, culture and excellent food. Believe me when I visit there I eat my way through town.
The Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta is one of those must experiences before you die. You cannot quit smiling when you are there. On any given day you will see balloons up around the city. It is a total joy to see.
Of course one of my favorite pastimes is hitting the local flea market. Albuquerque has an excellent Flea Market on the weekends at the Fair Grounds.
The sky is usually blue and if there are clouds they are white and puffy like the beginning scenes of the Simpsons.
I'll do my best to give you a few tips about one of my favorite cities. |
