My visit to the resort was for business, the annual Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company Conference for G3 dealers of North America. From the time we arrived, Friday about 6pm until 10pm at night, the next Saturday morning at 7am through to 10pm again the following night, 7am Sunday through 10pm Superbowl Sunday and finally Monday at 7am until the Gala Dinner event ending about 10pm it was nonstop. I did manage a little shopping time of 1 1/2 hours at the outlet mall was the only time I left the Gaylord. This is the most amazing hotel ever. The Gaylord Palms is extremely nice. The rooms are well appointed with free internet access (computer provided). I endulged in an evening bath each night as my aching feet needed to be soothed. The enclosed environment of the hotel is amazing with water gardens throughout. This particular hotel had an outdoor heated pool and spa. The baby alligators are a sight to see. It's very close to Walt Disney World and about 20 minutes from the airport.
