Ancient, Modern, Vivid... This city is beyond comparison. I live in Istanbul for 30 years and I love it very much even it is so crowded and hard to live.
In VT, Istanbul is given in districts. Istanbul district is for the historical peninsula and Galata. This kind of division is really necessary because Istanbul is too big and complicated. |
|  | Galata Tower This is a huge tower that remained from Genoveses. There is a nice landscape of Historical Peninsula over the tower. Also you can eat or drink in the cafe on the top of it. |
