Getting TO/AROUND: We loved the Vaporettos! A single ride is 6 Euros. We got a 48 hour tourist card for 25 euros each because we were staying on the Lido for 2 days and had no other way to get to our hotel. The Vaporetto #1 is a slow boat and if you can find one that is somewhat empty in the front or back, a great place to take photos of the Grand Canal.
