"Naka-inom ka ba?" "Shempre!"

This is an amazing trip north of Manila. In the province of Zambales.

I came to mark an unforgettable date with my bestfriend, Mary and her Boyfriend, Chito. And Chito's best bud, Rob. This trip made it possible for the four of us to be together for the first time. There were a lot of awkward moments, but hey, we're Filipinos, we just knew how to blend in.

I can never forget this trip because it was in this trip that I found happiness once again...This was the time when Rob and I became more than acquaintances...

Peach and Purps

In Iba, Zambales: This was taken during the boat ride... we did snorkeling... It was one hell of a boat...

To share with you an embarassing moment...So the four of us went snorkeling, after about an hour, we were ready to go back to the shore...but not too ready. Chito and Mary were already on the boat while I struggled with my whole life to get on it... I couldn't get on it and it looked like we were gonna be stuck there forever. Rob had to go underwater while I stepped on his shoulders just to be able to get on top of the boat...and Mary literally pulled me with all her strength, like a butcher, putting his meat on the table. She grabs my arms and pulled me all the way to the middle of the boat while Chito couldn't stop laughing. It was like a rescue operation in the middle of a sea storm. It was hell!

The men...

Since most of the pictures were of Mary and Chito, it was, after all, their first time since the last time they had a vacation, with Chito having a Chef job in Europe...and coming back to the Philippines in months time...

I'd just like to add that we came to Iba a week before Holy Week so we really were able to enjoy the beach by ourselves...when we came back after a month, there were a lot of people already...

So this picture I took of them was just something I had to do, you know... for documentations sake..hehe!

Pros and Cons
  • Pros:Iba, Zambales is a secluded place, a romantic place for lovers wanting to isolate themselves from the real world...
  • Cons:It is a loooong drive, better have your own transportation...
  • In a nutshell:Zambales will always be a place for me to find solitude...
