    • Name of Shop: Mecadillo de Campoamor

    It's an outdoor market in Campamor, near Plaza de Toros in the centre of the city. It's open from 8 to 2 on Thursdays and Saturdays. You can find foods that are fresh from the countryside, clothing, shoes, belts, artwork, suitcases, and half the population of the city. Check out the produce - there's always something in season.

    What To Buy: For gifts to return with, get some Turrón, a sort of nut candy they're been making here for hundreds of years.

    What To Pay: 15 euros will be too much for a day's shopping.
