Why should people come visit Manitoba? Two reasons: the outdoors and the wide open spaces.
Canoeing, kayaking, fishing, cross-country skiing, snowmobling, polar bear watching.
Nobody lives in the province! At just over 1 million people, Manitoba is very lightly populated. Compared to our heavily populated neighbouring province of Ontario, you get all of the outdoor experience but without all the crowds.
Manitoba getaway's are extremely rustic. We don't have to handle thousands of people going through things.
Oh, and we have a desert too!
